Gilbert Brulé, was drafted 6th overall by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2005 NHL entry draft. He is a dominating player that has been putting up impressive numbers playing on the Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League. Brule won the WHL rookie of the year in 2002 with 60 points in 67 games. The following year he finshed third in WHL scoring.
