At Frameworth we guarantee our product 100% to be free from manufacturing flaws. If you receive your product and there is any flaw in the workmanship, we will replace the product at no charge or accept it back and offer 100% money back once we receive the original piece and confirm the flaw is a Frameworth fault.
This does not include damages caused during shipping (refer to shipping policy). If you receive your product in good condition, but simply decide to return it, we will accept it back and offer a credit.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee When we do receive the piece back, it must be received in the exact condition that it originally left our plant, and if it is we will offer the credit. |
