Frameworth's shipping policy is free shipping to orders over $100 dollars. To show our customers how much we appreciate their business, we have decided to pay for the shipping charges for any order valued at over $100 dollars.
If your order is below $100 dollars, then you will be charged $10 dollars per item.
Any damages caused from shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured.
The shipping companies do not honour claims not reported after this time frame so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.
Orders will be processed between 1-4 business days. Products will be shipped immediately after your order is processed.
Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.
HHOF Photo Orders
Please note that our free shipping policy does not apply to Hockey Hall of Fame photo orders. Our single photo shipping policy is $2.00 per photo.
International Orders
For orders outside of Canada and the contential United States, please contact us to get a quote for shipping charges. Shipping is not free for any international order.
