Shipping Policy

Frameworth's shipping policy is to ship to Canada and the United States with rates based on geographic areas. In Canada rates are based on the 10 provinces (from Newfoundland to British Columbia) and on the northern terriory areas while in the United States rates are based on the mainland area plus Alaska and Hawaii.

Regular item shipping to Alaska is $37 extra and shipping to Hawaii is $30 extra. Shipping to the Yukon Territories, Nunavut and North West Territories is approximately $45 extra depending on where you live in Canada.

Almost all items purchased online are subject to the above policy. This includes items like pucks, 8 x 10 photos, unframed jerseys, unframed sticks, 16 x 20 plaques, 8 x 10 plaques, clocks, 10 x 30 plaques, 5 x 15 framed pieces, 8 x 10 framed pieces, and 11 x 14 framed pieces.

Please note that for the shipment of large items (anything as large as a 16" x 20" framed piece, FINISHED SIZE 30" x 31" or 27" x 34" or larger) there is a shipping markup.

Any item delivered to your home must be signed for. The shipping company will try to deliver the package three times. If they cannot reach you, the package is sent back to Frameworth.

Any damages caused during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims reported outside of this time frame, so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.

Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days. Products will be shipped immediately once your order is processed.

Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.

Exceptions to Shipping Policy - For unsigned photos/prints

All unsigned photos/prints like the HHOF photos are shipped by regular postal service (i.e. Canada Post/United States Postal Service). There are no tracking numbers for these shipments. Shipments may take 3 weeks.

HHOF Photo Orders

For Hockey Hall of Fame Photos our shipping policy is $5.00 per photo.

International Orders

For orders outside of Canada and the continental United States, please contact us to get a quote for shipping charges. Shipping is not free for any international order.

Pick ups

You can choose to cancel shipping on your order by choosing the pick-up shipping option.
The pick-up shipping option is availiable for all Canadian orders and all mainland USA orders.
